PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

FACIAL ANATOMY · TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Teach with knowledge, precision and purpose.

The Radiant Facelift Teacher Training programs are designed for those who want to move beyond sequences of exercises and develop a deeper understanding of the human face.

Grounded in facial anatomy, movement observation and professional teaching methodology, each training helps you understand not only what to teach, but why, when and how to adapt it safely.

Understand your face, release unnecessary tension and develop more intelligent movement patterns.

Understand your face, release unnecessary tension and develop more intelligent movement patterns.

More than exercises. A method of understanding the face.

A movement may be easy to copy. The real skill is knowing whether it is appropriate for the person in front of you.

The Radiant Facelift Method begins with observation. You will learn to recognise habitual expressions, unnecessary tension, movement compensations and areas that may benefit from more precise activation.

The aim is not to freeze expression or impose the same aesthetic outcome on every face. It is to guide each person towards more intelligent facial movement while preserving their identity and natural expressiveness.

FACE YOGA & FACIAL ANATOMY

Build a strong foundation in facial anatomy, intelligent movement and safe Face Yoga teaching.

This professional training introduces you to The Radiant Facelift Method: an anatomy-informed approach to Face Yoga based on facial movement re-education, targeted muscle activation, tension release, self-massage and mindful practice.

You will learn to understand the face before attempting to train it.

Rather than simply memorising a collection of exercises, you will study how facial muscles, posture, breathing, the jaw, the neck and everyday expressive habits interact. YOUR FIRST STEP TOWARDS TEACHING FACE YOGA

This is not a training based on copying exercises.

It is a professional foundation for understanding the face, recognising individual movement patterns and teaching Face Yoga with knowledge, clarity and care.

Advanced Face Yoga Certified Teacher Training — Level 2
€1,000.00

THE ADVANCED ART OF EXPRESSION

Learn to observe, understand and re-educate facial expression through awareness, presence and intelligent movement.

Our expressions tell a story.

The way we smile, look, concentrate or protect ourselves can create recurring patterns of activation and tension in the face. Over time, these patterns may become automatic, influencing both how the face moves and how we experience our own image.

The Advanced Art of Expression is the second level of The Radiant Facelift Face Yoga Teacher Training.

This advanced programme moves beyond individual exercises to explore facial expression as a complex interaction between anatomy, neuromuscular habits, emotions, awareness and self-perception.

You will learn how to observe expressive patterns without judgement, identify unnecessary muscular tension and guide practices that encourage more balanced, intentional facial movement while preserving each person’s natural expressiveness.

THE NEXT LEVEL OF YOUR FACE YOGA EDUCATION

Level 1 teaches you to understand facial anatomy and build safe, balanced practices.

Level 2 teaches you to observe how the face moves in real life.

You will explore how habitual expressions involve the eyes, forehead, mouth, jaw, breath and posture—and how awareness, release, targeted movement and mindful touch can support facial re-education.

The purpose is not to suppress emotion or create an immobile face.

It is to help people remain expressive, natural and alive while developing a more conscious relationship with the movements they repeat every day.

WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR

This advanced programme is designed for:

• graduates of the Face Yoga & Facial Anatomy Level 1 training
• Face Yoga teachers who want to deepen their observation and teaching skills
• wellness professionals interested in facial awareness and expressive habits
• teachers who want to integrate mindfulness, conscious touch and self-acceptance into their sessions

WHAT YOU WILL STUDY

Facial Expression Awareness

• the face as a space of observation and presence
• observing expressive habits with curiosity rather than judgement
• recognising recurring facial tension and movement patterns
• distinguishing natural expression from unnecessary muscular effort
• slowing down automatic movements through daily awareness practices
• creating a morning ritual of facial observation and gratitude

The Smile and Perioral Expression

• the anatomy and physiology involved in smiling
• different patterns of activation around the lips and cheeks
• recognising tension, asymmetries and compensatory movements
• practices to restore softness and mobility around the mouth
• targeted activation of the cheek area
• using the smile as a practice of connection and self-acceptance

The Eyes and the Quality of the Gaze

• the anatomy and movement patterns of the eye area
• the relationship between the eyes, forehead and surrounding muscles
• recognising tension associated with fatigue, concentration and judgement
• releasing unnecessary activation around the eyes
• practices that support a more open, rested and present gaze
• guided observation and eye-area awareness

Release, Conscious Touch and Self-Connection

• conscious self-massage as a form of listening
• recognising tension held in the face, jaw and breath
• integrating breathing, voice and mindful touch
• rituals for calming and reconnecting with the face
• creating moments of care, presence and internal stillness
• supporting self-acceptance without imposing aesthetic ideals

Teaching Expression Re-education

• conducting an observation of individual expressive habits

Advanced Gua Sha Certified Teacher Training
€1,000.00

ADVANCED GUA SHA & FACIAL ANATOMY FOR LYMPHATIC WELLNESS

Learn to use and teach Gua Sha through anatomy, precision and a deeper understanding of the lymphatic system.

Gua Sha is much more than moving a stone across the face.

Pressure, angle, speed, direction and sequence determine the quality and safety of the practice. Effective facial work also requires an understanding of the neck, shoulders, lymphatic pathways and surrounding tissues—because the face cannot be treated in isolation.

This 50-hour professional training combines facial and neck anatomy with Gua Sha techniques designed to support lymphatic flow, release muscular tension and promote a fresher, more rested appearance.

You will learn how to prepare the body before working on the face, use the tool with precision and create personalised face-and-body rituals for individual or group sessions.

THE RADIANT FACELIFT APPROACH TO GUA SHA

This training moves beyond routines copied from social media.

You will learn why each movement is performed, which tissues and anatomical areas are involved, and how to adapt your technique to the person in front of you.
